Qualifications

• Technical degree or Bachelor's in Infrastructure Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in an infrastructure engineering‑related role.
• Certifications upon hire: COMPTIA, Microsoft, Avaya, ITIL Fundamentals, or vendor certifications.
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop OS on physical and virtual servers; Linux is a plus.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN/VPN network protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance large complex systems under CTO supervision.
• Analyze, plan, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain core infrastructure technologies.
• Lead day-to-day operational support for core server infrastructures.
• Design and configure monitoring for systems and applications.
• Perform complex software and operating system upgrades.
• Liaise with team members to provide training and support on technical issues.
