Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 8–12 years in systems engineering with leadership of complex programs.
• Experience leading architecture & design for enterprise platforms.
• Experience overseeing requirements decomposition, allocation, and traceability.
• Experience with advanced trade studies, risk assessments, and performance analyses.
• Strong coordination of system integration across hardware, software and network teams.
• Ability to obtain/maintain background investigation; U.S. citizenship required.

• Lead architecture and design of complex systems and interfaces.
• Oversee requirements engineering from needs to verification.
• Direct advanced trade studies and risk assessments for decisions.
• Design and review verification and validation strategies for large-scale solutions.
• Provide technical leadership during system integration across teams.
• Conduct performance and reliability analyses to identify bottlenecks.
• Establish and refine systems engineering standards and workflows.
• Mentor journeyman and junior engineers in modeling and requirements tools.
• Collaborate with security/compliance to meet government policies.
