enGen is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to design, implement, and optimize architecture strategies that align with business capabilities. You will ensure system integrity by reconciling stakeholder concerns and guiding technology choices across applications and platforms.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and hands-on experience with large-scale architectures, data integration, and modern IT environments.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or closely related field required.
• 3 years of experience in an IT discipline required.
• Preferred certifications in health insurance industry or related fields.

• Provide strategic consultation to business customers in defining or designing business processes and organizational structures.
• Specify and design large or complex systems, solutions, and architectures; select appropriate standards and tools.
• Communicate functional and non-functional requirements and drive improvements with measurable business benefits.
