Job summary

Ensono is seeking an Expert Solution Consultant to push technical innovation and transformation for enterprise clients. You will lead multi-year transformation initiatives, craft reference architectures, and deliver complex programs while maintaining executive relationships.

You will collaborate with Sales, Consulting, and Delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business and technical needs, drive modernization, and align with product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, consulting, solution engineering, or technical leadership roles within managed services, cloud, infrastructure, hosting, or datacenter environments.
• Proven experience designing, positioning, and leading large-scale IT outsourcing, datacenter, hybrid cloud, and public cloud solutions for enterprise clients.
• Previous experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Pursuit Architect, Enterprise Architect, or equivalent client-facing technical leadership role.
• Deep technical expertise across infrastructure domains, including compute, storage, networking, security, backup, disaster recovery, automation, DevOps, and IT governance.
• Strong knowledge of public, private, hybrid, and multi-cloud architectures, including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Demonstrated ability to develop multi-year technology transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Ability to lead client discovery sessions, assessments, architecture workshops, and solution design engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic discovery sessions, assessments and solution design engagements for enterprise clients.
• Develop and document solutions meeting client requirements with focus on transformation and re-platforming.
• Lead architecture discussions and present technical solutions to diverse audiences.
• Gain executive buy-in for complex solutions through strategic dialogue and business cases.
• Collaborate with Product Management to drive product enhancements and roadmap alignment.
• Partner with PMO and other teams to lead complex projects from architecture perspective.
