Apple Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Enterprise Technology Services group in Austin. You will help build and maintain mission-critical enterprise platforms handling regulatory compliance for Apple products, collaborating with cross-functional teams across IS&T and business units.

The role emphasizes architecture, design, coding, debugging, and leadership with a focus on GenAI-enabled solutions and modern cloud-native deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.

Qualifications

• 6+ years designing and developing scalable backend systems.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs, and caching.
• Experience architecting microservice-based systems with clear API contracts.
• Frontend experience with React, TypeScript, and modern CSS.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with relational (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Comfortable deploying to containerized or cloud-native environments (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS).
• Experience in building solutions using GenAI.

Responsibilities

• Join the ETS team as a Senior Software Engineer to build enterprise software applications.
• Define sprint scope with business stakeholders; develop architecture and detail design.
• Implement and maintain mission-critical platforms with cross-functional collaboration.
