Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience administering Linux/Windows Server environments and basic network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for enterprise IT and cloud security products.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Document all interactions in the CRM and guide customers through installation/configuration of Venafi products.
