Job summary

True Anomaly, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Enterprise Security to lead the security engineering team and build a roadmap that protects space-focused infrastructure.

You will translate business needs into security strategy, guide cross-functional partners, and ensure compliance with NIST/CMMC requirements. The role requires hands-on leadership, on-call readiness, and a passion for building a security-first culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years managing security engineering teams including hiring and performance
• 7+ years in information security or related field with hands-on experience
• Experience maturing security programs (enterprise, OT, or Linux/identity)
• Strong knowledge of on-prem and cloud security tools and vulnerabilities
• Experience translating business priorities into security strategy
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Experience leading teams through incidents and on-call operations
• Certifications such as CISSP/CISM/CISA are a plus

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and grow enterprise security engineers.
• Set goals, provide feedback, support career development.
• Foster a high-ownership, collaborative culture.
• Manage on-call rotations and incident response.
• Drive the enterprise security roadmap across workstations, servers, cloud, and Linux fleet.
• Oversee vulnerability management program and risk-based prioritization.
• Guide OT security, identity, access management, and hardening initiatives.
• Identify gaps and prioritize resourcing.
