Job summary

Warp is building an agentic development platform and seeks an Engineer, Enterprise Security, to define and ship security capabilities for identity, permissions, auditability, and data protection. You will own major security areas end-to-end and collaborate with Product and GTM to translate customer needs into secure product experiences.

You will bring deep security expertise, product judgment, and strong communication to a fast-paced, remote-first environment with a path to impactful enterprise

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience building security-sensitive enterprise features.
• Strong security intuition and trust boundary reasoning.
• Strong product judgment for enterprise customers.
• Ability to lead ambiguous technical areas as a senior IC.
• Clear, thoughtful communication across teams.
• Comfortable with ownership and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Design and build enterprise security capabilities across identity, authorization, permissions, auditability, policy, data controls, and administration.
• Define the security model for agentic software development and access to data and credentials.
• Own major security-sensitive product areas end-to-end from needs to launch.
• Partner with Product and GTM to translate security requirements into investments.
• Set technical direction for enterprise security as Warp grows.
• Provide security expertise to engineering, guiding architecture decisions.
