Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of professional experience in security engineering, systems engineering, infrastructure security, or software engineering.
• Deep technical expertise in enterprise security domains such as endpoint security, infrastructure security, EDR, zero-trust architecture, or enterprise security platforms.
• Strong understanding of OS security, networking, authentication, authorization, and security architecture across macOS, Windows, and Linux.
• Proficiency in Golang, Python, Java, or C/C++, with production-grade software or security automation experience.
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional technical initiatives and influencing senior engineering teams.

• Define and drive the technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap for Enterprise Security across endpoints, infrastructure, and cloud.
• Architect and lead implementation of security solutions applying defense-in-depth and zero-trust principles.
• Drive advancements in endpoint protection, EDR, application control, system hardening, and security posture management.
• Design and scale security platforms, services, and automated workflows to improve coverage and reduce complexity.
• Partner with IT, Cloud Security, and Infrastructure teams to deliver security improvements at scale.
• Establish high standards for security engineering and architectural decisions across the org.
