Job summary

Visa is seeking an Enterprise Security Architect to join its global Security Architecture team in a role focused on embedding cybersecurity into products and services. You will develop and maintain the enterprise security architecture strategy, drive governance, and guide technology decisions across business units and IT.

You will design scalable, cloud-enabled security solutions, create threat models, and mentor junior architects while aligning security with business goals and industry

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 11+ years with an advanced degree, or 11+ years overall.
• Python coding experience and skillset.
• Strong knowledge of cloud and hybrid cloud computing, data architecture, security, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency with firewalls, encryption, IAM, and SIEM technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise security architecture strategy aligned with business goals.
• Design and implement enterprise security architecture frameworks and standards.
• Create technology roadmaps for Visa's security landscape, including cloud environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.
• Establish governance processes and conduct architecture reviews with recommendations.
• Mentor junior architects and IT staff within the security team.
• Integrate TSR/DSR standards and oversee acquisition integrations.
