Job summary

Mission Intelligence Group seeks a Senior Enterprise Schedule Analyst to lead development, integration, and analysis of complex enterprise schedules supporting GEOINT and national security missions. You will collaborate with senior leaders, program managers, systems engineers, and mission partners to ensure schedule visibility and successful capability delivery.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Project (MS Project) experience required.
• Degree options with years of related experience.
• Experience developing and maintaining complex integrated schedules.
• Strong presentation and briefing skills for senior leadership.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple programs and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain automated enterprise schedules using MS Project/Project Server.
• Lead the integration of schedule data across NGA organizations, programs, projects, and partners.
• Create and refine enterprise scheduling processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Collect, review, and analyze schedule data to maintain integrated schedules.
• Conduct critical path analysis, dependency tracking, and what-if scenario assessments.
