Job summary

CASE Management Consulting, LLC is seeking a Senior Enterprise Schedule Analyst to support NGA environments and enterprise-level scheduling. You will lead integrated schedules, dependencies, and risk mitigation while partnering with systems engineers and program managers for leadership-ready reporting and visuals.

The role demands hands-on Microsoft Project expertise, Project Server experience, and the ability to coordinate across multiple programs and Mission Partners.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Hands-on experience developing and analyzing complex enterprise schedules.
• Experience with integrated schedule development across multiple programs.
• Ability to present schedule reports and visuals to leadership.
• Ability to identify issues, assess impacts, and mitigate risks.
• Experience guiding junior and mid-level staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of integrated enterprise schedules.
• Perform critical path, dependency, and what-if analyses.
• Provide schedule reporting, Gantt charts, and visualizations for leadership.
• Coordinate data with NGA programs, Mission Partners, and stakeholders.
• Communicate schedule status, deviations, risks, and dependencies clearly.
• Oversee schedule baselines and alignment with milestones and roadmaps.
• Support enterprise release management and timeline coordination.
