Job summary

Allen Integrated Solutions is seeking a Senior Enterprise Schedule Analyst to lead the development and management of integrated schedules for NGA and mission partners. The role involves critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, and presenting schedule data in leadership reviews.

The Senior Analyst will oversee schedule activities with system engineers and program/project managers, driving milestones and ensuring schedule integrity on-site in Springfield, VA.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• MS Project/Project Server experience.
• NGA experience.
• Ability to provide senior-level guidance & direction.
• Experience directing multiple personnel through entire project life cycle.
• Experience leading multiple junior/mid-level personnel.
• Experience evaluating new technology & processes based on cost, risk, mission.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, maintain and operate automated enterprise schedules using government-approved tools.
• Develop and review interagency data to update and maintain integrated schedules.
• Perform critical path analysis, identify dependencies, and run what-if analyses.
• Lead NGA/NSG meetings, presenting schedule data and providing clear status updates.
• Coordinate with programs to obtain data for proper schedule construction and maintenance.
• Understand dependencies with mission partners and key milestones driving capabilities.
• Develop enterprise-wide schedule roadmaps and maintain baselines.
• Collaborate with release management to coordinate capability releases.
