Job summary

Compass is looking for a motivated Lead Enterprise Schedule Analyst (Expert) to work with systems engineers and program managers to lead schedule development and management, including integrated schedules, data reviews, and comprehensive visualization for leadership.

The Expert Enterprise Schedule Analyst will oversee regular reporting of schedule information to designated reviews, with a focus on What‑If analyses and critical path dependencies.

Qualifications

• Expert scheduling experience (10+ years).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Physics/Math/CS or related STEM field.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera or similar tool for program/enterprise schedules.
• At least five years experience establishing and leading tool-based schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Lead schedule development and management activities with engineers and managers.
• Oversee integrated schedules, data collection, and visualization for leadership.
• Conduct critical path analyses and What‑If analyses.
