Job summary

Compass, Inc. is seeking a Lead Enterprise Schedule Analyst to lead the development and management of integrated enterprise schedules in collaboration with systems engineers and program managers.

The role involves directing critical path analysis, What-if studies, and comprehensive visualization for leadership awareness. The position requires expert-level scheduling experience (10+ years), a technical or STEM degree, and proficiency with Microsoft Project or Primavera.

Qualifications

• Expert-level scheduling experience (10+ years).
• Bachelor’s degree in technical or scientific fields such as Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or related STEM field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in scheduling tools (MS Project/Primavera) for definition, maintenance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of integrated schedules across programs.
• Oversee regular reporting of schedule information to leadership and review activities.
• Coordinate with programs and mission partners to obtain necessary data for scheduling.
• Perform critical path analyses and What-if scenarios to assess schedule risk and mitigation.
