Job summary

The Senior Enterprise Schedule Analyst supports leadership by developing and managing integrated schedules across NGA and mission partners, coordinating with systems engineers and program managers. Responsibilities include creating, updating and reviewing schedules in MS Project, performing critical path analyses, identifying dependencies, and running 'What-if' scenarios to assess impact and risk.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• MS Project experience.
• NGA experience.
• Master's degree plus 4 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree plus 6 years, or Associates degree plus 8 years.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, maintain and operate automated enterprise schedule(s) using government approved schedule tool, to integrate data across NGA and partners.
• Create and update defined processes to develop schedules, collect and review data, update schedules, and conduct what-if analyses.
• Ensure critical path analysis and what-if scenarios to identify schedule achievability and impacts, and develop mitigation plans.
• Lead responses for NGA/NSG meetings by providing reports, charts, and visuals, communicating schedule status and concerns.
• Coordinate with programs to obtain data for proper schedules, including linkages, dependencies and level of detail.
• Collaborate with mission partners to understand key dependencies and drive scheduling alignment.
• Develop milestones and roadmaps to meet enterprise planning timeframes and epics.
