Job summary

UiPath is seeking a Test Cloud Account Executive to drive growth of automated software testing within Banking and Financial Services across the United States. You will own and expand a portfolio of enterprise accounts, partnering with Quality, Risk, IT, and Compliance leaders to accelerate adoption of UiPath Test Cloud and improve release cycles.

The role requires 8+ years in enterprise software sales, 5+ years in Banking/FS, and a proven ability to close large deals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise software or solution selling.
• 5+ years managing and growing Enterprise Banking and Financial Services accounts.
• Experience selling transformational technologies including test automation, AI, SaaS, cloud, or digital risk/compliance solutions.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota on large, complex enterprise deals.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of Enterprise Banking and Financial Services accounts, expanding Test Cloud adoption across units.
• Develop and execute territory and account strategies aligned to customer quality, risk, and digital transformation priorities.
• Build trusted relationships with Quality, Risk, Compliance, IT, QA, and Digital Transformation leaders.
• Position UiPath Test Cloud with a value-based sales approach focused on faster release cycles, lower testing costs, and stronger regulatory readiness.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to expand automated testing across core banking, payments, trading, and regulatory reporting apps.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Partners to ensure outcomes and growth.
• Partner with Global Systems Integrators to cultivate new opportunities and accelerate value realization.
• Maintain knowledge of Banking and Financial Services regulatory landscape and AI-driven testing trends.
