Datadog is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for Major (Central) accounts. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, leading complex evaluations and aligning Datadog solutions to business outcomes. Remote work across Illinois/Texas with enterprise customers will be common.

You will own technical demos, discovery, and solution workshops, communicating effectively to executives and technical teams alike. Experience with public clouds, observability, and security is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or related enterprise role.
• Ability to communicate across technical, business, and executive audiences.
• Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and observability tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy across accounts in collaboration with the Account Executive.
• Lead extensive technical evaluations and demos showcasing how Datadog drives business outcomes.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and solution workshops for diverse stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end technical evaluations, define use cases, and build clear project plans with timelines.
