Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading Enterprise sales leaders.
• Proven track record of overachievement.
• Experience selling through security channel partners.
• Experience navigating complex sales cycles.
• Experience with SAAS sales—cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations and security.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and lead a team of Enterprise Sales Leaders across a geography.
• Build a sales team and future sales leaders of Cribl.
• Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
• Manage and maintain sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing.
