This Senior Sales Director role leads a geographically aligned East Coast team, focusing on new logo acquisition and account expansion. You will recruit and mentor 5 Enterprise Sales Leaders, develop business plans to exceed goals,

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of leading Enterprise sales leaders.
Track record of overachievement annually.
Experience selling through security channel partners.
Experience navigating complex sales cycles.
Experience with SAAS sales - cloud, logs, IT operations and security.
Background selling large deals to Fortune 1000.
Background using MEDDIC.
Experience developing pipeline and opening new accounts.

Responsibilities

Recruit, develop and lead a team of 5 Enterprise Sales Leaders across a geography.
Build the sales team and the future Cribl leaders.
Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
Manage and maintain sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing.
