Cribl is seeking a Senior Sales Director to lead a geographically aligned team of Enterprise Sales Directors on the East Coast in a remote role. You will recruit, develop, and inspire leaders, drive pipeline, and consistently exceed quarterly and annual goals in a complex SAAS environment.

This remote role emphasizes security channel partnerships, revenue growth, and strategic account management across time zones, with a compensation package including base salary, commissions, and equity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading Enterprise sales leaders.
• Proven track record of overachievement.
• Experience leading sales teams that sell through security channel partners.
• Experience navigating complex sales cycles.
• Experience with SAAS sales - cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations and security.
• Background of selling large deals to Fortune 1000 enterprises.
• Background using MEDDIC.
• Experience developing pipeline and opening new accounts.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and lead a team of Enterprise Sales Leaders across a specific geography.
• Build the sales team and future sales leaders of Cribl.
• Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
• Manage and maintain sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing.
