Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or seven years of related experience; MBA is a plus.
• 7+ years of analytics, contract administration, customer service or related finance roles.
• 2+ years data mining, manipulation and data validation with Cognos/Oracle/Power BI/Model N/Looker and Excel.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical or medical device industry data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and model-based pricing and contract workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support Enterprise Executive Directors with advanced analytics on pricing, compliance and customer performance.
• Administer contracts, load details, amendments, and rebates; ensure pricing accuracy and renewal timing.
• Generate financial reporting for Quarterly Business Reviews and cross-functional reporting.
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, pricing, and operations to facilitate contract creation and approvals.
• Analyze complex deal structures and special pricing across units; provide actionable insights.
• Lead training for new analysts and maintain up-to-date work instructions.
• Liaise with IS and other departments to ensure consistent reporting and pricing.
