Job summary

Dayshape is seeking a senior delivery consultant to drive complex SaaS implementations for US enterprise customers. You will lead 1–2 major accounts, conduct workshops with business and technical teams, map data, configure Dayshape workflows, and ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in consultative SaaS implementations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for stakeholders.
• Experience with large global enterprises in professional services, media, or IT consultancies.
• Hands-on configuration of software integrations (CRM/ERP).

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand current and future processes.
• Identify gaps, document requirements, design solutions, and ensure delivery.
• Configure complex workflows tailored to each customer’s operational needs.
• Run large onsite UAT sessions and manage issue trackers with product teams.
• Prepare and deliver customer training (train the trainer).
• Mentor junior team members and support SOW development.
• Travel to customer sites as required for projects.
