Poppulo seeks a Senior Principal Account Executive for Employee Experience to lead PXP opportunities from qualification to close. You will partner with the Employee Communications Account Executive and leverage deep intranet and employee experience expertise to drive revenue across distributed workforces.

You will orchestrate demonstrations, build business cases, and manage executive buyers with a consultative, MEDDPICC-driven approach in a fast-moving, matrixed sales environment.

Competenze

• 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
• Deep experience selling intranet, employee experience, digital workplace, or related enterprise platforms.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; adept in senior stakeholder engagement.

Mansioni

• Own the PXP specialist sales motion from qualification through close and transition to post-sale.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on account strategy and opportunity leadership.
• Build pipeline via referrals, targeted prospecting, and partner activity.
