Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
3+ years of quantitative analysis experience.
3+ years of qualitative analysis experience.
1+ year of people management experience.
1+ year of project management experience.

Responsibilities

Strategic leadership: Develop business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One.
Business ownership: Own and lead initiatives; may manage and develop a team of analysts.
Coaching and mentoring associates to develop talent.
Execution: Coordinate across the line of business to deliver on product strategy and oversee multiple projects.
Partnership: Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and others to improve quality, volume, and profitability.
Strong executive communication and decision-making supported by analytics.
