Job summary

Uber is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Enterprise & Payment Risk to own the end-to-end risk lifecycle for B2B accounts at scale, from onboarding to checkout decisioning and post-transaction recovery.

You'll calibrate risk policies across enterprise cohorts, partner with engineering and data science, and influence a wide set of stakeholders to balance fraud prevention with business growth. This is a high-impact IC role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience delivering software in a technology company.
• Experience owning a complex, technically deep product domain (payments, billing, risk) with significant stakeholder breadth.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Clear written and verbal communication, able to explain complex problems to technical and business audiences.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Business/BD, Design, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the B2B entity risk lifecycle end-to-end at scale: onboarding, information acquisition, manual reviews, and real-time risk decisioning at checkout and payment.
• Segment and calibrate risk policy across enterprise cohorts with different risk tolerances.
• Define product requirements and roadmap for enterprise risk capabilities and billing infrastructure modernization.
• Own recovery and verification experiences for enterprise customers and related admin processes.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to scope and land payment authorization improvements against loss-reduction targets.
• Triage and negotiate cross-functional dependency requests against constrained engineering capacity.
• Build and maintain relationships with business/BD stakeholders and translate needs into a risk product roadmap.
• Measure impact using KPIs like loss-rate reduction, and iterate based on learnings.
