MFS is seeking an Enterprise Risk Business Partner to support Operations in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across processes, controls, and transformation initiatives. You will provide independent risk advice, lead risk assessments, monitor issues, and partner with senior leaders to strengthen the control environment.

The role requires 6–8 years of risk experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6–8 years in enterprise risk, operational risk, or related role within financial services.
• Knowledge of investment-management or financial-services operational processes and risks.
• Ability to evaluate design and effectiveness of preventative, detective, and corrective controls.
• Experience with risk assessments, issue management, and governance reporting.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the lead Enterprise Risk Business Partner for Operations, providing independent risk advice and challenge.
• Lead and facilitate Risk and Control Self-Assessments and risk assessments across Operations.
• Support identification, escalation, and monitoring of operational risk issues and incidents.
• Oversee risk for significant Operations change initiatives and technology-enabled transformations.
• Develop and monitor risk indicators, metrics, and governance reports for leadership and committees.
• Partner with control functions on issue management, remediation, and escalation.
• Promote a risk-aware culture through training and governance discussions.
