Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6–8 years of experience in enterprise risk/operational risk or related role in financial services.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles: risk ID, RCSA, control assessment, issue management, monitoring.
• Knowledge of investment-management or financial-services operational processes and risks.
• Ability to evaluate design/effectiveness of preventative, detective, corrective controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead Enterprise Risk Business Partner for Operations, understanding processes, risk profile, and control environment.
• Provide independent risk advice and challenge to leadership and governance forums.
• Lead risk/self-assessments across Operations and develop risk responses.
• Assess and monitor operational risk issues, incidents, and recurring themes.
• Oversee risk in significant Operations change initiatives and technology-enabled transformations.
• Develop risk indicators and reporting for leadership and governance.
