Job summary

DXC Technology Company is seeking a seasoned Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Manager to lead security governance, risk management, policy compliance, and audit readiness across our enterprise technology environment in the United States.

You will partner with cybersecurity, engineering, and business teams to strengthen controls, manage third-party risk, and drive remediation, reporting to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cybersecurity, risk management, governance, or IT audit.
• 3+ years in GRC, cybersecurity risk management, policy compliance, or audit duties.
• Experience in financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of security controls and enterprise risk management.
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory examinations.
• Ability to communicate risk to technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
• Lead risk assessments across applications, cloud, and infrastructure.
• Manage policy compliance and audit readiness activities.
• Address control gaps and policy exceptions with teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure auditable SDLC.
• Prepare risk and compliance reports for leadership.
