Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Manager to lead cybersecurity governance, risk management, policy compliance, and audit readiness across enterprise technology environments in the United States. You will guide risk assessments, drive policy implementation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of cybersecurity, risk management, governance, regulatory compliance, IT audit, or a related field.
• 3+ years of GRC, cybersecurity risk management, policy compliance, or audit-related responsibilities.
• Experience in cybersecurity risk management and policy compliance or audit within financial services.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, security controls, enterprise risk management, and compliance practices.
• Experience developing, implementing, reviewing, or assessing security policies, standards, procedures, and internal controls.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, documenting findings, evaluating control effectiveness, and managing remediation activities.
• Experience supporting internal or external audits, compliance reviews, control assessments, or regulatory examinations.
• Understanding of technology and cybersecurity risks with cloud platforms, data protection, and software development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and oversee cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures to support compliance and governance.
• Lead risk assessments across applications, cloud environments, infrastructure, and third-party integrations to identify and mitigate risks.
• Manage policy compliance and audit readiness activities, including evidence collection and audits.
• Evaluate effectiveness of cybersecurity controls and address gaps and policy exceptions.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, and development teams to ensure security controls are auditable throughout SDLC and tech environments.
• Oversee third-party risk management processes and vendor security assessments.
• Establish processes for tracking remediation, findings, control deficiencies, and risk acceptance.
• Prepare risk and compliance reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
