Job summary

The Arizona Cardinals Football Club is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk & Insurance to lead enterprise-wide risk management and insurance programs. This strategic contributor will work with executive leadership to protect assets and enable long-term growth, reporting to the CFO in the Accounting & Finance department in Tempe, AZ.

The role oversees all aspects of the insurance portfolio, captive operations, contractual risk transfer, claims administration, and development risk while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least eight (8) years of progressive risk management and insurance experience.
• Professional designations such as ARM, CPCU, CRM, or RIMS-CRMP preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing large commercial insurance programs.
• Strong understanding of property and casualty insurance structures.
• Knowledge of contractual risk transfer and indemnification.

Responsibilities

• Insurance Program Management: manage relationships with brokers, underwriters, and administrators.
• Oversee captive insurance management and regulatory coordination.
• Manage construction and development risk through insurance programs for capital projects.
• Lead claims management and ensure timely resolution with carriers and counsel.
• Conduct contractual risk management and review insurance provisions in contracts.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, Operations, and Development on risk strategies.
