Job summary

The Arizona Cardinals Football Club is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk & Insurance to lead enterprise-wide risk programs and the organization’s insurance portfolio. This role partners with executive leadership to protect assets, drive growth, and manage complex multi-entity risk across sports, development, and concessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least eight (8) years of progressive risk management and insurance experience.
• Designations such as ARM, CPCU, CRM, or RIMS-CRMP preferred.
• Experience managing large commercial insurance programs and understanding P&C structures.

Responsibilities

• Insurance Program Management: manage relationships with brokers, underwriters, and adjusters.
• Oversee corporate insurance programs including Property, Liability, Umbrella, Workers' Comp, Cyber, and more.
• Coordinate renewal submissions and evaluate coverage limits and deductibles.
• Manage captive insurance company and related regulatory coordination.
• Oversee construction and development risk insurance for major projects.
• Lead claims management and liaise with carriers and counsel.
• Review contracts for insurance and indemnification provisions and COI processes.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, HR, Operations on risk strategies and budgets.
