Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Enterprise Project Manager in North Fort Myers, FL to lead enterprise initiatives and drive portfolio alignment. This role requires strong leadership, governance, and stakeholder management skills to deliver complex IT and infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will manage the full project lifecycle, mentor teams, and collaborate with sponsors across the organization, while navigating a fast-paced environment and emergency response requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience including IT, engineering, or enterprise-wide initiatives.
• PMP certification required; PMI-ACP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives that improve organizational performance.
• Manage full project lifecycle: scope, resources, schedule, budget, RAID, change management, deliverables.
• Prepare and present status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior and mid-level project managers; coach sponsors and teams.
• Support governance processes, tooling, compliance, and adoption.
