Job summary

PNC’s Technology organization seeks a Program Manager III to lead enterprise-wide programs, based in Cleveland, OH among other sites. You will drive consolidation of capabilities, establish enterprise operating models, and partner with senior leaders to align programs with strategic priorities.

You’ll champion Agile delivery, provide executive reporting, manage governance and budgets, and mentor junior managers to foster best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-scale programs.
• Strong governance, risk, and budget oversight.
• Experience partnering with senior executives.
• Excellent communication and change management skills.
• Knowledge of enterprise technology domains.
