Job summary

Mars Incorporated is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Program Manager (EPM) for KIND to coordinate supply chain-driven food and packaging innovations from scope through execution. You will work with Commercial, R&D, Packaging Engineering and Manufacturing to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will lead PDR, PWR and SCR efforts, own budgets, and align with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of related work experience with innovation projects.
• Supply chain experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Smartsheet.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple PDR, PWR and SCR projects from identification through execution, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Own and administer the budget for key food innovation projects.
• Coordinate with Strategic Demand Lead, commercial, marketing, and manufacturing teams for cross-functional alignment.
• Guide new and existing food and packaging projects through the process to meet business needs.
• Define project parameters, secure commitments, assemble the team, and ensure alignment with budgets and schedules.
