Job summary

Mars Incorporated is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Program Manager (EPM) for KIND to lead cross-functional food and packaging projects across the KIND portfolio. You’ll drive PDR, PWR and SCR initiatives with Commercial, R&D, Packaging Engineering and Manufacturing teams to meet timelines and business needs.

You’ll own project budgets, align stakeholders, and guide projects through scope, approval, and execution with strong emphasis on cost reduction and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related work experience as a project manager.
• Experience managing innovation projects in supply chain or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with SAP Materials Cost and Supply Chain modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple PDR, PWR and SCR projects from identification through execution, identifying opportunities and solutions to reduce cost of goods.
• Own and administer the budget for key food innovation projects.
• Align with Strategic Demand Lead, commercial, marketing, internal and external manufacturing teams for cross-functional alignment.
• Guide new food, existing food, and packaging projects through the process to meet business needs.
• Develop project parameters and scope, gain commitment and approval, and establish the project team with budget and schedule.
