Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience in innovation or supply chain projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across commercial, R&D, packaging and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple PDR, PWR and SCR projects from identification through execution.
• Own and administer the budget for key food innovation projects.
• Align with Strategic Demand Lead, commercial, marketing, internal and external manufacturing teams for cross-functional alignment.
• Guide new and existing food and packaging projects through the process to meet business needs.
• Develop project parameters and scope, gain commitment, and establish the team, budget, and schedule.
