Job summary

Com Laude is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategic direction, lifecycle management, and commercial success of enterprise software products. You will define the product vision, roadmap, and business cases while collaborating with product owners and engineering to deliver value for customers and drive growth.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, market analysis, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure successful launches across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required.
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
• Product management certification (e.g., Pragmatic, AIPMM, SAFe) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with objectives.
• Conduct market research, discovery, and competitive analysis for growth opportunities.
• Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and ROI models for features.
• Own product lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization.
• Define KPIs to measure success and guide roadmap.
• Prioritize initiatives based on value, revenue, cost, risk, and alignment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Leadership.
• Support go-to-market planning, positioning, and messaging.
• Work with Product Owners to align execution with strategy.
• Represent product in executive reviews and customer engagements.
