Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Business Transformation Process Architect to lead end-to-end enterprise process design across brands, driving harmonization and standardized ways of working. You will establish process standards and govern SAP Signavio adoption as the single source of truth for process modeling and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise business process design, governance, or large-scale ERP/transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional end-to-end process harmonization across complex organizations.
• Experience in the retail and/or grocery industry, with direct exposure to multi-brand operating models.
• Experience implementing SAP Signavio or comparable enterprise process intelligence platforms.
• Deep knowledge of BPMN 2.0 process modeling standards and enterprise process governance practices.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• 25% travel required on average, with in-person work across campuses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of future-state, enterprise-wide, end-to-end business processes across assigned domains, harmonizing across brands and functions.
• Establish and maintain enterprise process standards, taxonomy, naming conventions, BPMN modeling, version control, and lifecycle management.
• Own deployment and governance of SAP Signavio as the standard platform for process modeling and performance management.
• Maintain a centralized enterprise process repository ensuring transparency and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Transformation Leads to align designs into a cohesive E2E process model.
• Coordinate with Data Leads to align master data standards and data models.
• Ensure process decisions are reflected in system configuration and integration designs.
• Define KPIs and value drivers to measure transformation outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Provide executive guidance and mentorship to process owners and SMEs, including system integrators.
• Additional duties to meet business needs and values.
