Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance or related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise process design, governance, or ERP/transformation projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional end-to-end harmonization for ERP transformations.
• Retail/grocery industry experience with multi-brand operating models.
• Experience implementing SAP Signavio or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of future-state enterprise processes across domains ensuring harmonization.
• Govern process standards, taxonomy, BPMN modeling, version control and lifecycle management.
• Own enterprise deployment of SAP Signavio as standard platform for process modeling.
• Maintain centralized process repository for transparency and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with data and technology leads to align master data and processes.
• Ensure processes reflect in system configuration and integrations with traceability.
• Define KPIs and value drivers to measure transformation outcomes.
• Mentor process owners, analysts, and SMEs across multiple resources.
