Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA, a division of the global food retailer, seeks a Business Transformation Process Architect to own end-to-end process design and governance across brands as part of a multi-year ERP transformation.

You will standardize processes using SAP Signavio, build a unified operating model, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive simplification, efficiency, and measurable value across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• At least 10 years in enterprise process design or ERP transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional end-to-end process harmonization across complex organizations.
• Retail or grocery industry experience preferred.
• Experience implementing SAP Signavio or comparable platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process design across domains to harmonize brands.
• Establish and govern enterprise process standards, taxonomy and lifecycle management.
• Own deployment and governance of SAP Signavio as the system of record.
• Maintain a centralized enterprise process repository for transparency and traceability.
• Collaborate with Transformation Leads to align detailed designs and resolve dependencies.
• Coordinate with Data Leads to align master data and data models.
• Ensure process designs are reflected in system configurations with traceability.
• Define KPIs, value drivers and measurable outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Act as enterprise authority for E2E value streams and drive analytics/automation opportunities.
