Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC is seeking a seasoned professional to support Enterprise Privacy & Security Risk Management (EPSRM). The role translates complex regulatory and contractual requirements into actionable risk-informed outputs and executive-ready insights to enable cross-functional decision-making.

You will review laws, regulations, and contracts, advise stakeholders, and help mature risk management across healthcare programs, CMS, HIPAA, and related frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in privacy, security, compliance, or risk management.
• 5+ years analyzing regulatory, legislative, or contractual requirements.
• 3+ years in healthcare or similarly regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Translate regulatory requirements into structured, enforceable obligations across enterprise frameworks.
• Review contracts, laws, regulations, and frameworks to identify obligations and data protections (CMS, HIPAA, etc.).
• Develop executive-ready insights, risk analyses, and recommendations for stakeholders in a 2LoD advisory model.
• Support playbooks, templates, and SOPs to enhance processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with EEOs and cross-functional teams to operationalize requirements.
