Job summary

Higgsfield AI is seeking a Senior PR Manager - Enterprise & Crisis Communications to lead our global B2B communications strategy and protect the company's reputation as we rapidly scale.

This leader will own executive communications, enterprise customer messaging, corporate reputation, crisis response, and strategic communications across our commercial business, partnering with Legal, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Investor Relations.

Qualifications

• 7-12+ years in corporate communications or strategic PR.
• Experience at high-growth tech or AI companies.
• Strong background in enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or infrastructure.
• Proven crisis communications and reputation-management leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Higgsfield's global B2B communications strategy.
• Position Higgsfield as the trusted enterprise AI platform for global brands.
• Lead executive communications, media strategy, and thought leadership.
• Own crisis communications planning and execution.
• Collaborate with Legal, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Investor Relations.
• Manage agency partners and measure communications impact.
