Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong business analysis skills for a 12-month onsite contract in Columbia, SC. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risks while delivering executive-ready updates.

The candidate will document requirements, develop process improvements, and ensure governance, security, and compliance across initiatives. Local SC candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in high-complexity environments.
• Experience in business analysis and process redesign.
• 5+ years managing IT/regulatory/enterprise-level initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and communications.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and executive updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, vendors, SMEs and agency partners.
• Facilitate scope validation, requirements gathering, and deliverable alignment with sponsors.
• Identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support procurement processes (RFPs, SOWs, vendor oversight) per policy.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, security, records management, and governance.
