Job summary

Computer Aid, a global services firm, seeks an experienced Enterprise Project Manager for a 12‑month hybrid role in Columbia, SC. You will oversee a portfolio of infrastructure, cloud, network, and cybersecurity modernization initiatives, collaborating with executives, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, compliant delivery.

The role requires a decade of program management experience, PMP certification, and strong Jira/Confluence governance.

Qualifications

Requires 10+ years of progressive Project Management experience leading enterprise infrastructure and modernization initiatives.
PMP Certification required.
Experience managing programs exceeding $1M in total value.
Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Jira/Confluence administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple IT Infrastructure & Operations projects including network, server, cloud, cybersecurity, and modernization efforts.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and documentation.
Act as primary liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, vendors, and executives.
Utilize Jira to manage execution and provide program-level reporting.
Design and govern SharePoint Online sites and project portals for collaboration and governance.
Facilitate project meetings and ensure action items are completed.
Identify risks and mitigations; drive continuous PM process improvements.
