ADRM is a leading physical security consulting firm seeking a Security Infrastructure Engineer to own health, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise physical security systems across client environments.

You will partner daily with client security teams, facilities, IT, and integrators to ensure doors, readers, cameras, and platforms operate at peak potential. This role requires hands-on depth and a client-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering enterprise physical security systems.
• Experience with access control and video management platforms in corporate or campus environments.
• Certifications in leading access control systems are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Own daily administration, monitoring, and optimization of access control and VMS across client environments
• Configure cardholder databases, access levels, schedules, and door/reader settings
• Troubleshoot hardware end-to-end and coordinate with integrators for field repairs
• Manage service tickets end-to-end with a focus on client satisfaction
• Deliver reports on system health and performance trends for leadership
• Collaborate with client teams to drive implementations and upgrades
• Identify risks and opportunities across security platforms
• Represent ADRM in client meetings with professional communication
• Support project management during deployments and transitions
• Participate in on-call rotations and travel to client sites as needed
