Job summary

ADRM is seeking a Security Solutions Engineer to translate client needs into credible physical security solutions, supporting business development and project delivery. You will lead discovery, develop budgets, proposals, and coordinates with field engineers and project managers to ensure seamless handoff from sale to installation.

Qualifications include 3+ years in security engineering with strong reading of drawings, plus experience in budgets and client presentations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in physical security engineering, systems integration, or pre-sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and develop solution concepts with budgets.
• Create scopes of work, technical proposals, and pricing for clients.
• Coordinate with internal engineers and project managers for handoff.
• Prepare proposal content, schedules, and presentations.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and partners to validate fit and pricing.
• Document commitments, risks, and client expectations for delivery.
