Commonwealth of Pennsylvania – PA Turnpike Commission (PTC) is seeking an Enterprise Performance Engineering Architect/Lead to direct performance testing across SAP, CRM, APIs, and middleware for the Journi program. You will set performance standards, develop workload models, and ensure scalable, production-ready systems.

The role requires 12+ years IT experience, strong NeoLoad skills, and leadership of enterprise testing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years IT experience in enterprise environments.
• 8+ years in performance engineering and load testing.
• 5+ years leading enterprise performance testing initiatives.
• Expert-level NeoLoad experience.
• Strong SAP BRIM, S/4HANA, CM, and Datasphere knowledge with CRM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall performance engineering strategy for the Journi program.
• Establish enterprise performance testing standards, governance, methodologies, and best practices.
• Define non-functional requirements (NFRs), SLOs, SLAs, and performance acceptance criteria.
• Lead performance planning for SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
• Review solution architecture to identify scalability risks and bottlenecks.
• Lead performance testing across SAP, CRM, APIs, middleware, and portals.
• Define workload models for concurrent users and transactions.
• Establish monitoring across applications, databases, middleware, and cloud platforms.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend tuning and scaling.
• Lead NeoLoad deployment, scripting frameworks, and automated regression testing.
• Develop dashboards and executive reports, communicating risks and mitigations.
• Maintain documentation, test plans, scripts, diagrams, and impact analyses.
