Job summary

Commonwealth of PA - PTC seeks a Senior Performance Test Engineer with 8+ years in IT testing and 4+ years in performance testing. You will design and execute end-to-end performance tests across SAP/CRM/integration layers, monitor results, and drive governance for releases.

This is a remote position with onsite Middletown, PA involvement and occasional travel. You will develop NeoLoad scripts, validate ETL/data pipelines, and collaborate across programs to ensure performance readiness and timely

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT testing experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on performance/load testing.
• Strong hands-on NeoLoad experience.
• Experience testing enterprise-scale applications with high transaction volumes.
• Experience testing SAP systems, CRM platforms, analytics platforms and complex enterprise integrations.
• Solid understanding of load, stress, endurance and scalability testing.
• API and middleware performance testing.
• Batch, mediation, analytics and asynchronous processing validation.

Responsibilities

• Follow SDLC and quality governance processes for performance readiness across UBOS releases.
• Define performance testing strategy, scope, workloads, non-functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Design and execute performance, load, stress, endurance and scalability testing using NeoLoad across SAP, CRM, analytics and integration layers.
• Monitor performance metrics and analyze results to identify bottlenecks and provide go/no-go recommendations.
• Develop, maintain and execute performance test scripts with NeoLoad and integrate tests with CI/CD where applicable.
• Support SIT/UAT cycles and provide performance validation for releases and hypercare.
• Document all work, including designs, test plans, scripts and lessons learned.
