This role sits in the Pre‑Sales Engineering Team and emphasizes technically rigorous engagements. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in enterprise networking/security and holds industry certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Seven+ years of enterprise networking and security experience.
• Industry certifications such as Cisco CCDP/CCNP/CCIE or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level, end-to-end technical solutions encompassing hardware, software, licensing, and services.
• Gather, analyze, and document customer business and technical requirements.
• Design comprehensive network and security solutions from concept through implementation and support.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and facilitate stakeholder discussions.
• Create customer-facing presentations, proposals, and solution documentation.
• Deliver architecture reviews and product demonstrations.
• Develop accurate hardware configurations and BoMs.
• Create SoWs and pricing using Presidio tools and processes.
